Accommodation & Facilities: On the ground floor there is well-appointed living room with TV, a guest toilet, dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with Freezer, Fridge, Washing machine, Dishwasher. Clothes dryer, Cooker, Microwave. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower facilities. Second bedroom is with 2 single beds and third bedroom is with double bedroom. Main bathroom is on the first floor as well. Around the property is a generously-sized front, and private car parking space.

Location: Serenity villa is located in the delightful village of Pervolia. Sea is 150 meters. Public beach is 5 minutes walk. Just a short drive from the property is the village center and square where you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of Restaurants serving local and continental cuisine also a Chinese take away, for those wishing for a more traditional fare try Tonys bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. A mini market is within walking distance from the property as is a beach front bar and cafe. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa.
