Overview

Contemporarily designed and beautifully furnished on elevated level with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and mountains. Bedrooms: 1 double and 3 further rooms which can be set up as double or twin (including 1 on ground floor with shower) and 1 studio to suit 2-4 persons. 3 shower rooms (1 en-suite) and 1 bathroom/shower room. There is a steam room available at an extra charge. The steam room can also be used as aromatherapy steam bath. Large open plan lounge and kitchen diner leading to fully furnished Rattan style portico and patio which overlooks a private pool (4.5 m x 9.5 m) with automatic child safety pool cover. Extensive and well maintained gardens overlooking the blue, blue Mediterranean. Local and satellite LCD TV, surround sound DVD and CD players. Fully fitted BBQ with electric rotisserie, with outside shower close by and loungers by the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery. Central heating and air-conditioning. All linen provided. Weekly change of linen. The child friendly sandy Pervolia beach is accessed via a walkway and steps from the end of the garden. This unspoilt beach also offers a variety of aquatic sports. A delightfully laid out garden with a private pool and purpose built barbeque make for a truly relaxing holiday for friends and family.
