Overview

This Sea Front villa with unobstructed sea view is situated in a peaceful location. There are sun beds in small garden in front of villa and big terrace with garden furniture where you can al fresco dining. There is a BBQ. On the ground floor there is modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and toaster etc. All utensils and glassware you will need. Dining area is with a large table and 6 chairs. A tastefully furnished spacious open plan lounge has 3 leather sofas and Satellite TV, DVD and doors leading out to the terrace.
One of the bedrooms with single bed is on the ground floor. There is also a toilet with the shower next to this bedroom. Other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Main bedroom is with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet. There is big bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet between two other bedrooms with twin beds. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Villa is on the beach. Few minutes walk from Dekelia road with a selection of fantastic restaurants bars and coffee shops for a few cocktails and entertainment. If you fancy a more adventurous night, there are plenty of night clubs as well offering a variety of music. Villa is situated in an quiet residential area and ideal for families and those who do not wish to hire a car. Larnaca town is about 10 minutes drive. Airport is about 20 minutes drive.
