The property is part of a development of 6 houses and has a good sized well maintained garden, with patio areas at the front, side and back. Plus a large driveway (enough for 3 cars) laid with stamp concrete.
The house is situated in a country location, with 2 double bedrooms, both with balconies, an open plan lounge, diner and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a guest bathroom downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs.There is a communal pool shared between the 6 houses and is a huge 12m x 6m! There are plenty of sunbeds for your use and there are changing rooms and toilets outside too.The lower floor is open plan and has a lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen, including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils. There is air conditioning and also gas central heating. There are fly screens on the patio doors, back door and on all the windows. There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge area. There are two double bedrooms both equipped with double beds, although a single guest bed is available and a travel cot on request. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and gas central heating. There is a family bathroom upstairs, comprising of a shower/bath, basin and toilet. Also there is a small bathroom downstairs comprising of a toilet and basin. There is a mature garden with patio areas and a barbeque area with an outdoor sink and many more items.Located in the beautiful artists'village of Lania in the Troodos Mountains. A 25 minute drive from the centre of Limassol.
