Overview
Villa Doyan is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom villa set in a private and very dramatic location. The villa was privately built to the UK owners specification and is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Villa Doyan offers exceptionally spacious accommodation - to suit an extended family or 2 families sharing - with 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 full size sofa beds the villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Villa Doyan sits in grounds of around 1/2 acre and has a spectacular infinity-edged swimming pool (10m x 5m), extensive terraces and cloisters plus a separate bar/barbecue area at the poolside.
Four large bedrooms (two king size doubles and two twins) plus sofa beds, sleeping 8/10 comfortably.
Five bathrooms (two en-suites with walk-in showers, one bath and two additional showers).
Lounge with open fireplace, TV, DVD, Playstation and sound system.
Separate kitchen/dining room with all appliances, ample surfaces and extensive storage cupboards and drinkoing water cooler.
Marble or ceramic tiles throughout.
Remote control air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Doyan is located on the crest of a hill mid way between the sea and the mountains, enjoying fantastic views of both but with the added benefit of a cooling breeze. It is about 5 miles west of Kyrenia (Girne) and 45 minutes from Ercan airport. The nearest village is Karaoglanoglu (2 miles away) where there are two excellent supermarkets and many places to eat.
PLEASE NOTE: The final approach to Villa Doyan is up an unmade road, passing properties still under construction. At times this access road can be quite rough and dusty. Consequently, whilst it is not essential, we would recommend the hire of a hard top 4 wheel drive vehicle for your holiday.

- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
