Ideally located in Kapparisa prime area 350 mt of the most beautifull cove of the island also where other beautiful coves and beaches with water sports facilities are within minutes walk from the apt. Nearest supermarket across the street. Nearest restaurants - on site and 2 min. walks. Red snapper and calamari are just a few of much fresh seafood fished daily. Protaras and Paralimni for shopping are 5 min. away by car or bus, Ayia Napa 10 minutes.

This is a two-bedroom apartment with lots of sun all day including at the pretty balcony with patio table and four chairs. Location & area

This beautiful apartment is situated 5min walk to the most beautifull small cove of the island with sunbeds and umbrellas in the much sought-after area of Kapparis, between Protaras and Paralimni. A selection of restaurants and a supermarket can be found nearby, at Karas restaurant 50Mt. you can enjoy their Swimming Pool while enjoying a drink or nice local food. Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay, and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts two large comprehensive supermarkets, a combination of traditional tavernas, and cafes. Both Paralimni and Protaras have banks and cash machines. In all shops and banks English is well spoken. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are excellent safe beaches within walking distance. For those who wish to venture further a visit to the picturesque Troodos Mountains and a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the worlds only divided city) is highly recomended.
