Overview

This new luxury villa is built on 3 levels. Besides the two floors (ground floor and first floor), villa has a lower floor with a big open patio. The spacious lounge and dining area on the ground floor has 2 cozy sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with DVD and a dining table with 6 stylish black chairs around. There are stairs to a lower floor from lounge, where a spacious patio area is located. Big patio area has sofa, coffee table for 4 persons and dinner-table for 6 persons. Kitchen is fully loaded with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven/hob/extractor, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and stereo system. Master bedroom on the first floor has double bed, balcony access and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Two other bedrooms, which are situated on the first floor as well, have two single beds each. There is a family-sized bathroom on the upper floor with bath and a shower overhead. The guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
Outside there are sun loungers, big private swimming pool and beautiful garden around the villa. On the back yard there is a small pond with fish surrounded by garden. Villa has everything to ensure your comfortable staying and unforgettable holiday.
