Positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where golden sandy beaches and the clear azure blue waters of the Mediterranean form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. Firemans Beach is only 2 minutes walk from the villa, and a 5 minute stroll finds you on Kapparis 'strip' with its wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. The villas fabulous 9m pool is significantly larger than most and its good size 400m2 plot, barbecue, outside shower and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The large flat screen TV with extensive choice of English TV channels, full air-conditioining and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay with a true 5* feeling.

Location & area

Firemans Beach Villa is in a small private estate in the much sought after area of Kapparis, between Protaras and Paralimni. The villa provides perfect family accommodation in a perfect location. Our local beach is soft, golden sand and like the traditional tavernas, shops and bars all within easy walking distance. The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor and downstairs you'll find all mod cons in the kitchen as well as three spacious sofas and large screen TV with wide choice of English Satellite channels. If the sun, beach, pool and luxurious surroundings are your ideal holiday you won't need a car, but with a short taxi journey or your own car you can reach the main tourist area of Protaras only ten minutes drive along the spectacular coast. Paralimni with its cosmopolitan shops and pretty town square is 5 minutes away and Ayia Napa with its famous night life can be reached in 15 minutes. The water park at Ayia Thekla is a great day out and only 20 mins drive from the villa.
