The accommodation at ‘Edessa' is situated in Kapparis, Protaras, and is a second floor apartment, with great sea views and is situated in the block to the side of this complex, with views overlooking the swimming pool, small crazy golf area, children's play area and playing field area. There are two balconies, the main smaller one with direct access from the lounge area and the second, large sun terrace having direct access from both bedrooms, overlooking fields behind the apartment, making it a very private area for sun worshippers. This comfortable apartment is fully equipped for a perfect home from home holiday, with washing machine, fridge, TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board. There are two sunny bedrooms, both fitted with shutters and the apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout

Location & area

Situated on Kennedy Avenue, in the exclusive area of Kapparis. It is a brand new complex of apartments, situated on Kennedy Avenue. Kapparis has something to offer everyone, with its lovely sandy coves, water sports and many local restaurants and friendly pubs. There are excellent shops in the local area, one being directly across the road from Edessa. There is a lovely bay – ‘firemans beach' – just across from the complex and the pretty bay at ‘Ayia Triada', with its wonderful sandy beach, fishing harbour and tiny chapel is within 10 minutes walk of the complex and is well worth a visit. The water sports beach is at ‘Malama Bay', within 5 minutes walk of the complex. It is approximately 5 minutes drive from the main tourist resort of Protaras and is also very near to the main town of Paralimni, with its wonderful shops, churches and pavement cafes, situated around the pretty central square. The lovely church of ‘Profitas Elias', can be seen up on the hill as you drive into Protaras and has spectacular views ; the resort of Ayia Napa is within 15/20 minutes drive.
