Overview

A luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom detached villa just off main street Kapparis, Protaras, within 200 metres from the beach. The accommodation comprises: Downstairs an open plan lounge with dining area for 6 which is furnished to a high standard. TV DVD CD so bring some films and music with you. There is also a WC. The kitchen is fully equiped, and includes gas oven hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms - Double en-suite, and 1 twin with additional WC and shower room, both bedrooms have ample storage space. The outside of the property consists of patio area, surrounded by a garden of tropical plants. For total relaxation a JACUZZI HOT-TUB and patio dining has been provided. The villa is South Facing and just a short stroll from the beach. There are many local amenities within easy reach, including some good bars and restaurants. Protarus is just a short drive / taxi ride away and offers much holiday entertainment.
