A well equipped, 2-bedroom family apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 very comfortably located in the year round exclusive resort of Kapparis. Furnished to a high standard with air con throughout and additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The outside space offers a patio area for alfresco dining along with allocated undercover car parking space and a gated communal swimming pool to the rear for exclusive use of the small complex (26 apartments). The location is a short stroll from many local amenities which include traditional Cypriot Tavernas, Posh Nosh restaurants, pubs and local supermarkets along with secluded, unspoiled beaches with rugged coastlines.

Within a 5 minute drive is the Cypriot community of Paralimni containing all town centre facilities including banks, shops, cafes, churches and larger supermarkets. 10 minutes drive will see you in the more commercialised tourist areas of Protaras and Pernera. A further 10 minutes drive will take you into the more lively tourist resort of Ayia Napa.

The International Airport of Larnaca is an easy 45 minutes drive away which is mostly motorway (A3) driving and dual carriageways. Despite its close proximity to the more commercialised tourist areas of Protaras and Agia Napa, Kapparis enjoys a year round quiet resort character with little commercialisation although tourists are well catered for with the vast majority of the amenities open during the closed season and all within a five to ten minute stroll (depending on how energetic you feel!). Kapparis is frequented by many Cypriots and the immediate municipal town is Paralimni, (about 5 minutes drive or a 20 – 25 minute walk), which retains all of its small town character whilst offering lots of shopping opportunities, local tavernas which serve reasonably priced local cuisine and international restaurants. There are many local churches all with their own history and local significance. All in all the resort offers the quiet alternative to the busy, hustle and bustle type holiday resort especially for families for which it is ideally located.



Whilst the quiet holiday is more than adequately catered for there are the nearby tourist resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa which offer a more lively atmosphere. Protaras is a family orientated resort catering for the true package tourist with all the usual tourist shops, British bars and restaurants present. It is about 10 – 15 minutes drive away from the apartment and has some outstanding beaches (all beaches in Cyprus are public beaches) both in the resort and along the coastline leading to Agia Napa. Agia Napa has the late night clubs for those more interested in an extended night life and is just 20 to 25 minutes away by car or taxi.



There are many historic sites in the area and within a short drive are the popular visitor attractions of Kavo Greko, the sea caves and a rugged but accessible coast line. A little further away is the larger town of Larnaca offering more shopping and a marina as well as other places of entertainment. The Troodos Mountain range offers the traveller a chance to explore the beautiful Island of Cyprus and witness some breathtaking mountain scenery which in some cases looks out over the coast. In winter it is possible to ski in Troodos in the morning and sun bathe in Limasol on the beaches in the afternoon – we know because we’ve done it!
