Overview

New spacious 4 bedroom luxury villa is situated in Kapparis just outside Paralimni, between Protaras and Ayia Napa and only in 5 minutes walk down to the beach. Furnished to the highest standard on the ground floor it consists of a spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, TV and DVD and separate dining area with fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, and fridge/freezer). There is also a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes), one with twin beds and two with double beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor (one en-suite and one family) plus a washing machine, dryer and iron. Villa has a private 8m by 4m pool and fabulous sea views. It is fully air conditioned with a fully equipped patio of sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque area. There is also parking for three cars which makes this villa perfect for a family and friends holiday in Cyprus.
