Beautifully presented modern 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool. This property is in a fantastic location, as whilst it is quiet, it is also within walking distance to the local bars & restaurants and only a 5min walk to a sandy beach (fireman's beach).
The villa has 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom also has private access to a balcony which overlooks the patio and private pool.
The property has two bathrooms, on the ground floor there is a toilet/shower room and a family bathroom is located on the 1st floor.
The open plan living area is bright and spacious and provides an ideal setting for relaxing and dinning.
