Set in a peaceful area, close to all the amenities of Kapparis, Paralimni, Pernera and Protaras it's the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing break in the sun.Outside you'll enjoy the benefit of a very large veranda with excellent sea views. Here you can relax in the warmth of the Cypriot sunshine and enjoy the pleasant evenings with some alfresco dining. Feel free to cool off in the lovely communal pool or pop down to the local sandy beaches. Excellent facilities such as restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets are all approximately 5-15 minutes walk away.Exceptionally comfortable and air conditioned throughout, the apartment is furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard, with many extras. Location & area

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Kapparis, close to Protaras, the main resort in the area and Paralimni the main town. Kapparis is a favourite location for independant travellers as it offers a relaxing atmosphere yet has everything you need right there. Within walking distance are the numerous bars and restaurants, which are universally excellent, the bakery and supermarkets, even the sandy Fireman's beach is only a 15 minute stroll from the apartment (2mins by car.) Paralimni the main town in the area is 5 minutes in the car and offers a chance to see the real Cypriot way of life. Churches, traditional taverna's and nightlife are all here and open year round. Protaras centre itself is only 5 minutes by car and offers the famous beach at Fig Tree Bay as well as watersports such as Jet Ski's and familiy fun in bucket loads. Ayia Napa, offering something for everyone, is only 15mins by car from the apartment. Having cleaned up its image in recent years Ayia Napa is now a more sophisticated, cosmopolitan, family friendly town with some excellent restaurants. If nightlife is your thing, clubbing to the early hours is available along 'the strip' with taxis available to take you home. A huge waterpark here provides a great day out for the kids and adults alike.

There is a double bed in the master bedroom which features an ensuite shower room. The twin 3ft beds in the second bedroom can be placed together to form a King sized double, please specify your preferred configuration when booking. All mattresses are high quality for a restful nights sleep and both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The main bathroom features a WC, handbasin and full size bath with shower over. The living area seating consists of two good quality matching sofas, a 3 seater sofa (bed) and a 2 seater sofa. The sofa bed is a metal action type, easy to set up and ideal for up to 2 extra guests. There is a dining table and seating for 6 with all utensils, glassware, and crockery provided. For the techies amongst you, the CD/Radio/Cassette also plays MP3's from CD-R and has an auxiliary MP3 input and cable terminating in a 3.5mm stereo jack plug (suitable for an iPod or similar.) Outside: The charming communal pool is shared between only a handful of apartments and has both shaded and sunny areas with sunbeds surrounding it. A lift is provided for easy access to the 2nd floor. Panoramic sea views from the apartment's large veranda stretch from the ghost town of Famagusta, to open farmland with windmills and to the roof tops and churches of Kapparis, Protaras and Paralimni. Outdoor furniture is provided including a large table with parasol and seating for 6. Two sunloungers are also provided.
