Overview

Newly built, first floor 3 bedroom, sleeps 8, luxury apartment. As big as a villa - for half the price… fantastic value! Spacious and fully air-conditioned. Lovely sea views, communal pool. Within easy reach of restaurants, bars, supermarket and beaches.Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC and sink
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, WC and sink.
Kitchen: Large modern open plan kitchen, cooker, flat touch screen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, water tower (hot and cold water).
Living Rooms: Large open plan living/dining area, with TV/DVD, Harmon Karden sound system for guests to use with their Ipods, MP3 players, portable CD players, etc. Large glass dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. Two sofas that fold flat to make 2 large beds.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and bed linen are included. The property is cleaned at start and end of holiday. Further cleaning of the property can be arranged during the stay for an additional cost.
Notes on accommodation
This apartment also has ironing board/iron, hairdryer, towels and linen - everything you need! This apartment has air con in all bedrooms and also the lounge area. This complex is quite small - just 3 small blocks with a shared pool. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets next to the pool. The block is on three levels and has a lift.

Outside
Shared pool with changing rooms, showers and toilets. There is also access to a patio with table and chairs. We also have sun loungers for the pool area.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 10 min walk or a couple of mins in the car. This is a lovely quiet sandy beach with rock pools. The next beach along to this bay is the famous Fireman's Beach, with sunbeds, parasols and other amenities. The beautiful Fig Tree Bay is about 10 mins away in the car and Cape Greco about 15 mins away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca and approx 50 mins by car/taxi. A taxi pickup/drop-off to and from the airport can be arranged at an extra cost. To be able to see the full beauty of Cyprus a car is recommended.

Distances
Larnaca airport approx 45-50km. Protaras Centre approx 4km. Paralimini approx 2km. Protaras waterpark and amusements approx 5km. Ayia Napa resort and water park approx 15km.

Further details
The complex is 5 mins from Kennedy Avenue where the main bars, restaurants including the famous KARAS, a lovely new Italian restaurant, Chinese and an excellent fish and chip/kebab restaurant, car rentals, supermarkets and a mini market can be found. This is the main road to Protaras. For a taste of the real Cyprus, you can mix with the locals in the town of Paralimni, with its Cypriot tavernas, delicious local cuisine, wonderful cafes, banks, churches and numerous shops, (even a Marks & Spencer!). This is just 2 mins up the road. Nothing is very far!!

Booking Notes:
25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. You must arrange your own travel insurance. A security deposit of £100 is requested at booking and fully refundable once keys are returned and apartment is damage free. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
