The villa is found in the centre of Protaras within walking distance to the main strip, here there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to satisfy all needs. Protaras is an active holiday resort surrounded by a beautiful coastline, the crystal clear blue waters make it ideal for snorkelling, diving and fishing. There are many golden sandy beaches, cliffs, sea caves, coves and harbours to explore. Nearby is the famous Fig Tree Bay beach with a vast range of water sports. The area is ideal for hiking and walking not forgetting cycling. The surrounding hills with the indigenous fauna and flora are an added interest for nature lovers. Opposite the villa the old picturesque Chapel of Saint Elias can be enjoyed especially in the evening. Ayia Napa is a 10 min drive away with its many clubs/bars/restaurant, water park and the beautiful Nissi Beach.
