Overview

This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms (all twins). Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and two have en-suite shower rooms. There is also a master bathroom. All three of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with an ensuite. There is also an additional shower room downstairs. There is a sofabed in the living room that can sleep two.

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a private 10x5 m swimming pool. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.

Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, video, radio, hairdryer, barbeque, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The beach and main tourist area of Coral Bay is 5 minutes drive away. There are a couple of tavernas and a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk from the villa.

The complimentary use of a classic Mercedes is included in the rental price of the villa subject to a CY£5.50 per day insurance supplement which is paid locally.

Also included are free transfers to and from Paphos airport.

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
