Overview

This beautiful villa is situated in a safe gated village of approximately 40 villas. This modern spacious villa would suit all age groups. It is located no more than 5 minutes from the beautiful Corallia beach. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and there are a variety of tavernas, restaurants and bars also located within a few minutes walk. Paphos airport is a 30 minute drive away, approximately £25 CYP in a taxi. Larnaca airport is a 90 minute drive.

The villa is close to the luxurious 5 star Coral Beach hotel which offers spa treatments, international cuisine, an Olympic pool and other sporting facilities including tennis and water sports. There is a bowls club opposite and a dive school which offers full facilities to all classes of divers from beginners to experts.

Opposite the village is a bus stop which takes you into the main strip of Coral Bay, approximately a 5 minute journey. Here there are many restaurants, bars and discos. The bus also travels past the main Coral bay beach and into the centre of Paphos.

With all these facilities so close to hand a car is not a necessity. However should you wish to hire one there is a company located next to the supermarket

The villa has its own private 8 x 4m swimming pool. The villa is situated within a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn area ideal for children and it also contains typical fruit trees of the island providing a Mediterranean feel for your holiday. There is a large gas BBQ and large patio table and chairs for dining alfresco. Table and chairs are also situated on the front pool terrace for drinks as the sun goes down over the beautiful Corallia Bay - lemon tree in the back garden for your aperitif!
