Theanan Seaview Villas are a holiday retreat which you'll want to come back to again and again – Villa Ilios is a sun-kissed 3 bedroom/bathroom white-washed Greek island style villa with blue shutters a reflection of the clear sky and mesmerising sea.
The interior have been sympathetically decorated to harmonise with the island aesthetic but also includes all the modern conveniences which you require to make you holiday enjoyable. The gardens are landscaped with Mediterranean and local plants and trees and are a riot of colour beautiful stone walls built by the owner add a rustic aesthetic against the cool whitewash of the villa.
Villa Ilios is located amongst an exclusive community of seven private 2 & 3 bedroom (single or two storeys) villas all with large private swimming pools and colourful gardens. Within a short drive & walks you can play golf, enjoy the beach, marvel at the ancient ruins, taste test local wines at nearby wineries & pubs, take a walk to the sea caves and Akamas peninsular, enjoy local delicacies at tavernas and restaurants, just to name a few of the distractions waiting for you to experience.

Set above the coast you will enjoy views of the low lying fruit plantations and the stunning blue of the sea, which is approx. 800 m away.
Located in a still semi rural area you will be able to experience the space of the country side and peace away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but close enough to the heart of Coral Bay & Peyia village (4 mintues by car) to have access to all amenities, shops, restaurants bars etc.
Coral Bay Blue flag beach is only 4 minutes by car. Paphos town is approximately 20 mintues away.

Villa Ilios is a 2 level 3 bedroom villa. The lower level consists of an open plan living / dining area with Kitchen & breakfast bench. The Kitchen is fully equipped and the breakfast bench has bar seating.

A separate laundry area is provided internally away from the kitchen.

The dining area has a timber dining suite for 6 adults. The living area has comfortable seating for 6, coffee tables and entertainment system.

Downstairs is 1 twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, upstairs is another twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and the master bedroom (with queen size bed) has an adjacent shower room. All bedroom have timber beds and bedside tables lamps and built in wardrobes, a terrace with out door furniture leads off each bedroom.

Outdoors you are provided with various terrace area and a large swimming pool - 10m x 5m surrounded by non slip sand stone paving and colourful terraced gardens, outdoor furniture and sunlouges for 6, umbrells and BBQ.

Air-conditioning is supplied in all room for FREE.
