Overview

Villa is tastefully decorated and has a feeling of calm and order. The living area features a cream leather suite, wood/glass table and a sat TV and DVD player. The dining area has a glass topped dining table and three stools are provided at the breakfast bar for less formal dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest bathroom is also located on this level. The 3 elegant bedrooms feature modern chrome and wood furnishings. The spacious master bedroom has a large en suite shower room and its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom both of which share the family bathroom. All three bedrooms are fully air conditioned with a safe deposit box fitted in the master bedroom.

Private 10 metre x 4 metre swimming pool surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace. Sunbeds provided. Outside table, chairs and umbrella. barbecue.

The Villa was chosen for its close proximity to the beautiful Corallia Beach and the shops, restaurants and bars of Coral Bay. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away. Beach ideal for families.

The harbour at Paphos attracts visitors all year round, who take the opportunity to walk along the quay and maybe visit one of the fish restaurants or tavernas. The view is superb, with lots of colourful fishing boats bobbing in the harbour and the castle guarding the entrance of the castle. Nearest bar and restaurants 300 mtrs; nearest supermarket 300mtrs; Bus stop 200 mtrs; Hotel Spa 300mtrs.
