Overview

his brand new 3 bedroom villa has a comfortable living- room, air conditioned. Furnished to a high standard with Sat TV . On ground floor is a large modern kitchen with a cooker/grill, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dish washer and all necessary kitchen utensils. One bedroom with a show /toilet is downstairs. There is a door in sitting room leading you to a big veranda. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms +WC. The villa has got big balcony with SV and pool. Complimentary fruit and Cyprus wine on arrival. Two bedrooms with single beds and big double bed master bedroom (1 extra bed possible). Sleeps max 7. Fully air conditioned.
Air conditioner is 2.5 CYP extra per unit per day.
Refundable deposit of 200 cyp is required against damages.
