Overview
This older style villa is in Coral Bay and has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool in an enclosed garden. The beach at Coral Beach is only about 200 metres from the villa. The beach is renowned for having the best sandy beach in Cyprus; it is ideal for swimming with many water sport facilities available. Tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops can be found in Coral Beach High Street.
The Villa
The sitting/dining room is open plan but with a separate kitchen. There are two air conditioned bedrooms. The sitting area is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and a television with DVD player. In the dining area there is a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fitted and has a electric cooker, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table and a large ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and dressing table . Both bedrooms have air conditioning/warm air units. The family bathroom has a bath with fitted hand shower over, wc and hand basin. The linen and towels are provided but not beach or pool towels.
Doors lead from the villa to the terraced area around the swimming pool, which has a table and chairs, sun longers and a barbecue. There is a pretty garden with trees and colourful shrubs.
