Palm Tree Villa is a spacious, comfy villa, perfectly situated in Coral Bay, Paphos. Next to the beach and a short stroll to all amenities. A car is not essential. Perfect for families and couples. Sleeps 6 people: 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). This delightful villa is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. A relaxing, home from home with a sunny holiday atmosphere. The villa features a private swimming pool, flanked by giant palm trees, a balcony with a Mediterranean sea view, a garden with fruit trees, a vine-covered pergola, a BBQ, ceiling fans, A/C, safe deposit, towels and linen provided (including beach towels), DVD, satellite, luxury welcome pack. Everything is provided for a great self-catering holiday.Opposite beautiful Corallia Beach. Close to all amenities. CAR NOT NECESSARY.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities (2 bedrooms have sea view). This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided for your use.



The villa has 2 bathrooms and an extra downstairs W. C. 

A safe deposit box is provided for your use.
A FREE luxury welcome pack is provided.



The villa has satellite television and DVD. The music system will play CDs and radio.



There is ample room for 6 in the lounge and 6 in the dining area. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Also provided: cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. In fact, everything you need for a great self-catering holiday.



The villa is close to all amenities.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony with a sea view and a barbeque.

If you are driving there is private parking.
The garden is surrounded by mature fruit trees, including orange, lemon, grapefruit and fig.

Two giant palm trees stand either side of the swimming pool.

A grapevine covers the pergola.



There is a bus stop close to villa: The regular bus service runs through Coral Bay resort and on to Paphos Town, Harbour and tourist area.

Car Hire not essential.

The villa is close to the beach and amenities: shops, bars, restaurants, tavernas and beaches, but still quiet and private. There are also two taxi offices within a 2 minute walk.



The villa is next to beautiful Corallia beach - the best of the Coral Bay beaches. Close to the villa: swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing (all water sports) including jet skis, pedelos, banana boats, paragliding, etc. Also nice places to walk, tennis, a sports center, shopping, a restaurant, a supermarket.



Also close to the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, Go-Karts, historic sites, bird park and much more.



Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

A few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and bar.

Opposite Corallia Beach

A 15 minute stroll to the main Coral Bay strip: more shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife, banks, supermarkets, tavernas, etc.

A 5 min drive/taxi to Peyia Village with traditional tavernas.

The villa is opposite the 5 Star Coral Beach Hotel, (where the British Olympic team stayed) with all its facilities, including the Pleasure Harbour. Non-residents are welcome to use any of the hotel's first-class facilities, including the gym, tennis court, sauna, massage, pampering, etc, etc, all for very reasonable prices. The hotel is also a great place to dine.



Opposite the villa there is a full size, six rink bowling green at Corallia Beach Aparthotel. Dining at the Corallia Beach Aparthotel offers great value for money.

The moment you step through the door of Palm Tree Villa you will begin to feel relaxed. Palm Tree Villa offers all the comforts of home and has all the special ingredients that make a great holiday. With its own private pool and surrounded by orange, lemon, fig and palm trees, it has that special 'holiday feel'. Relax under the vine-covered pergola, enjoy a long, cool drink, read your book or just 'kick-back' and listen to your favourite music. Great to sit under the vine at night, with the giant palms lit up, enjoying the company of family and friends and sharing a bottle of wine. Oh!...and if you are feeling really lazy there's always the hammock!

Have fun and enjoy a day at the beach.

A short stroll to beautiful Corallia Beach - considered by many to be the best of the Coral Bay beaches. Sunbath, swim and indulge in the exciting water sports facilities. Then enjoy lunch and your favourite drink at the beach bar. Then back to some more sunbathing!



The Coral Bay Resort

A few minutes bus or taxi drive, or a pleasant 15 minute stroll, will take you to the famous Coral Bay strip. A couples/family-orientated resort area.

Here you will find shops, bars and tavernas. There is a great selection of places to dine: from fish and chips to up-market Italian restaurants.

Great nightlife to suite all tastes: nightclubs, bars, karaoke, watch your favourite team on the Big Screen, or just promenade the Coral Bay Strip!
