Overview

This newly completed luxury villa enjoys a private position, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountainside. Within easy walking distance to several beaches and Coral Bay's wide range of amenities the villa is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday destination with all mod cons and an excellent bus service meaning there's no need to hire a car!
The villa itself is in a small development, and is entered by private road then driveway. The villa's frontage is characterized by beige tones, stone pillars and wooden pergolas, set off against the landscaped gardens and wonderful mountain backdrop. There is landscaped garden and large (8m x 4m) private pool and sun terrace before accessing the property.
As you enter, you are immediately taken in by the modern furnishings and design. A small reception area leads on to an ideally sized kitchen with modern appliances, then lounge which features comfortable leather sofas, TV and DVD player for entertainment. There is further benefit of a downstairs double bedroom, with access to the adjacent shower room for convenience.
Upstairs there is a twin room with 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes and a master bedroom with double sized bed with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony which affords sweeping Sea and Mountain Views in the most peaceful setting. A table and 4 chairs have been provided as have sun loungers to enjoy breakfast or coffee on the balcony, admire the local nature and to relax and soak up the sunshine.
Outside there is a large Gas BBQ, this provides the ideal place for relaxing, taking in the views and spectacular sunsets, alfresco dining and socializing with your party. The carefully landscaped garden at the front and sides adds to the appeal.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. There is an electronic safety deposit box and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof.

Location & area

Coral bay beach is a 10-15 minute stroll with the local (pebbled) beach (also offering water sports) just 100m away. Plenty taverns and local shops are just in 2 minutes walk. This really is a perfect location for a casual seaside holiday, and an excellent base for touring the Paphos area.
Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are taverns and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day.

11 kilometers (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometers below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include peddles water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.
