Overview

This Cyprus villa is 2 villas in one, 2 bedrooms on lower level, and 4 bedrooms in main villa. It is quietly situated within a large secluded garden enclosed by mature olive trees. There are no immediate neighbours, and the large garden ensures there is room for everyone to relax. It is not on a development, and has a rural feel to it, with its unrestricted outstanding 360’ views across the fields in every direction, and sea views. The peaceful location of this property will meet the needs of differing age groups as the nightlife and shops and restaurants of Coral Bay, and the local bustling village of Peyia are both nearby. The owner will bring free range eggs to guests, and you will almost certainly see his fathers herd of goats wander by.

Lower ground floor: Compact 2 bedroomed villa with open-plan lounge/diner/ kitchen, comfortably furnished with a leather suite. The wooden kitchen is modern and well equipped with German appliances including fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. Dining area has quality wooden table and chairs for 4. 1 x twin bedroom & 1 x double bedroom. Bathroom with bath shower & w.c. 3 steps to poolside. TV has satellite connection from main villa.

Outside: Private Pool with Roman steps, and terrace. Built in BBQ and shaded dining area. 12 sunloungers are provided.
