Overview

A fabulous spacious villa in Coral Bay. There are two terraces and shaded seating areas, a large 10 X 5 metre pool ... relax in the shade or cool down in the inviting water of the pool or take a 10 min stroll to the famous Coral Bay Beach The interior of the villa has been furnished and decorated to the very highest of standards. On entering the Villa the hallway leads on your left to a magnificent split level lounge which is located next to the dining & kitchen area, extra large patio doors which extend across the complete width of the villa lead down to your own private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom in the villa is en suite with main colours of creams, beige's and duck egg blues. The tapestries on the walls are by a designer called Lorsa. It also has a 32' television/DVD wall mounted. In the 2nd bedroom in the villa I have gone for more bold colours of turquoise, greens and creams. And the 3rd bedroom in the villa is furnished with 2 twin beds or alternatively there is an excellent topper which can convert it into a 6ft bed. Main colour in this room is cerise and whites. All the furnishing, bedside lockers, dressing table, mirrors have simple geometric lines. Each piece is hand carved from solid fruit wood and hand painted in antique ivory or mahogany finish. Bedroom 1 and 2 have patio doors out to a sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and with sea views. I have tried to give each bedroom its own identity and fill them with sunny and bright refreshing colours
As you enter the villa, there is a spacious toilet cum washbasin on your left which I have decorated in yellows. There is also plenty of storage space available. The main bathroom has a full size bath cum shower with wall mounted toilet and wash basin. I have also kept this room bright and airy. Finally the en-suite has its own shower enclosure, toilet and hand basin with presses. Bathrooms are very modern with high quality fittings. Hairdryer supplied. Heated towel rails in both main bathroom and en-suite.
