Overview

Villa has a comfortable living- room, air conditioned. Furnished to a high standard with Sat TV . On ground floor is a large modern kitchen with a cooker/grill, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dish washer and all necessary kitchen utensils. One bedroom with a show /toilet is downstairs. There is a door in sitting room leading you to a big veranda. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms +WC. The villa has got big balcony with SV and pool. Complimentary fruit and Cyprus wine on arrival. Two bedrooms with single beds and 2 big double bed master bedroom (1 extra bed possible). Sleeps max 9. Fully air conditioned.
Air-Conditioning is charged extra ?2.50 per unit /per day.
Refundable deposit of 200 cyp is required against damages.
