Overview

Villa Amber Sunset is a brand new privately owned detached villa located on an exclusive gated development in the heart of Coral Bay. The Villa is due for completion in November 2006. A fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa providing an exceptional standard of accommodation with its own private swimming pool. Furnished to a high standard with a large balcony and sea views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes and two single beds in each room with the main bathroom situated between them. Downstairs consists of open plan living with a fitted kitchen with luxury granite worktops, a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc. The dining area with dining table seats 6 people. The spacious lounge area has a relaxing feel with its leather suites, entertainment centre consisting of DVD/CD player & PlayStation 2

Location & area

The Villa was chosen for its close proximity to the beautiful Corallia Beach and the shops, restaurants and bars of Coral Bay. A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island as a bus service runs regularly from the beach opposite into Paphos for the market and shops etc. The taxi ride from the airport is approximately £20 Cypriot. The harbour at Paphos attracts visitors all year round, who take the opportunity to walk along the quay and maybe visit one of the fish restaurants or tavernas. The view is superb, with lots of colourful fishing boats bobbing in the harbour and the castle guarding the entrance of the castle. Beach 200 mtrs; nearest bar and restaurants 300 mtrs; nearest supermarket 300mtrs; Bus stop 200 mtrs; Hotel Spa 300mtrs.
