Overview

This villa consists of 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 persons. The semi-ground floor consists of 3 x twin bedrooms and 1 x shower room. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with TV (local channels only), DVD Player and Stereo CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a large dining table. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. On the first floor you will find 1 x double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 x further double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 1 x full bathroom. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning units* (7 units in total). Guests can make use of the extensive lawned communal gardens fronting the sea and a vine-covered gazebo seating up to 16. The 9 metre x 4.5 metre private swimming pool has a built-in Jacuzzi feature, and sunbeds, umbrellas and a gas barbecue are provided.
