Ayia Triada is one of the most picturesque places in the area, and is located in the Protaras region, near to Paralimni. It has a fabulous sandy bay and the sea is very safe for children. These villas are well located right near to a local bus stop, restaurants on Kennedy Avenue, 2 kms from Pernera centre, which you can walk in around 20/30 minutes, 5 minutes drive to Protaras main tourist centre and Fig Tree Bay and 5 minutes drive into the local town at Paralimni, with its wonderful shops, pavement cafes and churches, all centred around the village square.

Lovely swimming pool with roman steps to pool, perfect for children as the pool is not too deep. Car port at side of property to keep your vehicle shaded.
