Overview

The development of Athina Gardens is in the town of Ayia Triada, just 2km from the historic town of Paralimni, and only a few minutes drive from the livelier towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
The surrounding area is in fact home to a number of excellent beaches (all with the EC Blue Flag approval) and offers a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving and horse riding, or, if you prefer to take things a little more easily, then just stroll down to the coast and explore its secluded bays and hidden caves. Alternatively, why not take your exploration skills further inland and enjoy a walk along the rugged crags of the island's hills and mountains, whilst discovering those breathtaking views. In the evening, take time to experience a typical Cypriot meal in one of the many local taverns, or enjoy a great night out at one of the stylish bars in Protaras or Ayia Napa.

The Athina Gardens development is located in the town of Ayia Triada, on the south east coast of the island.

Ayia Triada is at the centre of the Famagusta region and is only a five minute drive from the historic town of Paralimni, while the larger and more livelier towns of Protaras and Aiya Napa are just 10 minutes away by car. There is also a bus stop right outside the development, although a taxi is also relatively cheap.
