Overview
4 bedroom villa with private pool situated in the sought after residential area of Ayia Napa enjoying beautiful sea views. This spacious villa is arranged over 3 floors with private roof terrace at the top and balconies from all the bedrooms. The property will sleep 8 people & has 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom, an en-suite to the master bedroom and downstairs a WC with shower. There is a spacious dinning area leading to a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, etc. The living room and the dinning room both have sliding doors to patio over looking the front landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees. The private pool with sun-beds is at the back offering privacy. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms.
The Villa is furnished to a high standard with new furniture shipped from Italy. Linen and towels will be provided and changed weekly, please bring your own beach towels. A meet and greet service is provided by our professional management agent who will provide you with all the information required to make your holiday a very exciting one. There will be a complete weekly clean. On arrival a complimentary 'Food Pack' is provided to start your holiday.
