Overview
Two bedroom Villa with own private pool set in a large plot.
The Villa is located in Ayia Thekla, a quiet area about 3 miles from the busy and popular resort of Ayia Napa and all of its nightlife, restaurants and shops and famous Nissi Beach It is a 10-15 minute drive from the quieter resort of Protaras where you will find the fantastic Fig Tree Bay.
Ayia Napa's water park, Waterworld is about 4 minutes away as is Ayia Thekla's quiet and secluded beach.
Downstairs is open plan with 2 two-seater sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), coffee table, TV and DVD/CD player, a dining table seating 6 and a well equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have built in wardrobes. Patio doors lead out onto a first floor veranda from both bedrooms and overlook the pool area and have views to the sea. there is also a family bathroom upstairs. There is air-conditioning in every room.
The swimming pool measures 8mx4m and is accessed via the lounge. The large terrace is complete with patio furniture and sunloungers. There is an outside shower and the walled garden includes alawned area big enough for the children to play football if they are so inclined!
