This newly built luxury villa is designed to have wonderful and relaxing holiday. On the ground floor of the villa there are a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open and spacious lounge area has 2 cozy sofas, coffee table, big flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, all cooking utensils are provided. Dining area has seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms at the villa. Two bedrooms have double bed, another one comprises two twin beds. All the bedrooms have balcony access. Family bathroom has bath with shower over and toilet. There is also separate guest toilet downstairs. Outside of the villa there are big private swimming pool, large patio with garden table and chairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Linen and towels provided.
