Overview

Accommodation & Facilities: Nissi Bay 3 bedroom villa with perfect location on Nissi Beach is excellent home for a great holiday. Beach is within easy reach.
Master double bedroom with TV and with en-suite shower room is on the first floor. Two twin bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has pool view, and the other has access to the balcony with pool view as well. There are separate bathroom on the first floor. Air-conditioning units are only in the bedrooms (3 units).
Open plan lounge with sofas and Satellite TV, Stereo Sistem. Dining area and well equipped kitchen, with access to a small terrace area are on the ground floor. There is an extra shower room. Maid/linen service as well as poll cleaning are once a week.
Outside: Private swimming pool 8m x 4m, depth 0,60m-2,20m, Barbeque, Parking, Sun Beds, Plastic table and chairs.

Air Conditioning is included in the above prices.
We require refundable deposit 350 euro against damages.
