The balcony boasts comfy rattan easy chairs with coffee table as well as a further dining table and chairs.Set back a little from the rest of the properties, the apartment block has no immediate neighbours on any side - it even has a distant sea view to its front!There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor.There are WC & shower facilities adjacent to the pool as well as a shared WC on the ground floor of each block.

The Nissi 3 Development is the ideal spot for a self-catering holiday in 5-star hotel surroundings. You will find friendly tavernas, excellent restaurants, convenient shops and supermarkets, finest beaches, picturesque harbour and a coastal picnic site all within walking distance. A frequent bus service (and many taxis!) run further afield to other resorts, towns, the largest Waterpark in Europe(!) and areas of natural beauty. On site, there is a large swimming pool with attached kiddies pool surrounded by an expansive open area - there is also a formal garden area adjacent. The 'Wedding' hotels are all close by making Nissi 3 a great place for guests to stay.
