Overview

Each villa is 3 bedroom, 1 is on the ground floor, other two are on the first floor. There is a bathroom upstairs as well. Each bedroom has a private terrace. On the ground floor are the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each villa is furnished with antique furniture and have TV and DVD . One of the Villas is especially designed for honeymooners with a large antique wedding bed
Fully equipped kitchens has cooker, washing machine, , microwave, toaster, kettle.
Small supermarket is only 10 meters away from the villas. The complex offers service: food delivery, shopping delivery and etc. Cleaning is twice a week. All linen and towels are provided.

Short drive from Larnaca Airport, only a few kilometers away from the sun-bleached Ayia Napa village, lye the Napa Paradise Villas. The Complex grandly sits a few meters away from the sea.

This Complex is unique offering the ultimate in privacy and tranquility. A twenty minute walk on the Sandy Beach or a mere five minute drive away, towards the west side you can visit Potamos. Potamos is a natural river and fishing shelter where you can also dine at the picturesque fish restaurants. Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
