This new luxurious villa with private pool and sea view is situated in a peaceful location. By the pool there are sun beds, garden furniture and a BBQ area for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is modern fully fitted kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster and also all utensils and glassware you will need. Dining area with a table and 8 chairs. French door leading out to the pool. A tastefully furnished spacious open plan lounge has TV and DVD. There is also 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
