Located on the first floor, with a pool view.

It comprises of 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobes offering ample storage, 2 single beds, dressing table, bedside cabinets and sliding doors onto the balcony area.

The kitchen/diner/sitting room has table c/w 4 chairs, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron. At the moment there are no facilities for a TV. In the sitting room there is a sofabed which folds out into a double bed, with a door again onto the balcony.

The bathroom has a white suite- toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower.

Although this is a first floor apartment there are just approx. 6 steps leading to it, making it accessible with a pushchair.

It is available 12 months of the year, however the season starts May and ends October, therefore the pool/bar on this side of the complex are generally closed outside of this period. The highest season is July and August. Please be aware that during this time the area is extremely popular with young couples and groups. Out of these peak periods it is a perfect holiday for anyone of any age, both families and couples alike.

Ayia Napa comes alive at night with plenty of bars/clubs and restaurants, during the day the beaches are very popular with a good selection of water sports available.

Air conditioning is provided as standard, and all prices include cleaning, towels and bed linen, based on 4 persons or less.
