Luxury detached villa with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and surrounding hills. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, pool and big garden. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and open plan kitchen, dinning area with fireplace, guest w/c. Large light lounge with the door leading to garden. There are 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditions and 1 bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms is master bedroom with en-suite facility.
The villa is fully equipped with sofas, dinning table with chairs, all kitchen equipment (fridge, cooker, hob,
oven, microwave, toaster, cattle, washing machine). Outside garden has sun beds, plastic chairs and table.
There is under ground parking. The car is essential.
