Fully furnished and well equipped apartment in a well kept complex.
The apartment is located in an excellent central location with shops bars and restaurants a minutes walk away.the complex has a communal pool,bar and restaurant facilities available during the summer season May to October.the apartment is for rent all year round but without complex facilites during mid October to May.although there are many other pools that can be used within the complex chain.

The accomodation comprises of lounge area with sofa TV, DVD with small kitchen area to side.the Kitchen is fully equipped and includes toastie machine,deep fat fryer,kettle,fridge.
The lounge area leads to the bedroom and bathroom and the balcony with sea view.
Ayia napa's coast line attracts a large number of tourists.the beaches have been awarded the eu flag for cleanliness and the facilites offered.
Ayia napa's square ,central to the town is filled with restaurants,nightclubs and shops.due to the position of the apartment it is great for the young and lively during july to mid september and an all round resort the rest of the time.
Although it is quiet during november to mid march there is still plenty to do if you just want to relax or have a base for sight seeing in the cooler months.
Please note the price does not include flights or travel insurance.
A 300 euro returnable bond will be required on arrival. Cleaning to be paid locally at a cost of 47 euro this must be paid on incoming transfer.
