Overview

This new villa with private pool and sea view is situated in a peaceful location with 18 other prestigious villas. By the pool there are sun beds, garden furniture and a BBQ area where you can al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc. and also all utensils and glassware you will need. Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. French door leading out to the pool. A tastefully furnished spacious open plan lounge has TV and DVD. There is also guest toilet on the ground floor.
There are 3 big bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Two bedrooms with double beds and one with bunk beds. Furthermore, there is a Main bathroom with a Jacuzzi, shower and toilet on the first floor.
The house is fully air-conditioned. The beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are only 10 minutes walk away, so a car is not necessary

Location & area

Villa is situated in an exclusive quiet residential area of Ayia Napa, but only minutes away from the very heart of the resort so it is ideal for families and those who do not wish to hire a car. Plus Sandy bay is only a three minute walk straight down from the villa. A short walk away and you are in the heart of Ayia Napa, with a selection of fantastic restaurants to wine and dine your loved ones, bars and coffee shops for a few cocktails and entertainment and if you fancy a more adventurous night, there are plenty of night clubs as well offering a variety of music.

Larnaca Airport is about 25 minutes drive. There is a restaurant close by. Noisy center of Agia Napa is 5-7 min drive. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus, is only a 10 min walk. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
