Overview

This luxurious villa with private pool on the front is situated in a peaceful location. By the pool there are sun beds, garden furniture and a BBQ area for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is modern fully fitted kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster and also all utensils and glassware you will need. Dining area with a table and 8 chairs. French door leading out to the pool. A tastefully furnished spacious open plan lounge has fire place, TV and DVD. Two double sofas in the lounge could be extra beds for 4 people. There is a guest toilet downstairs as well.
There are 4 big bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Three bedrooms are with double beds and one with twin beds. One of the double bedrooms has en-suite with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a Main bathroom with a Jacuzzi, shower and toliet on the first floor.
There is an internet at the villa 50 euro per week

Villa is situated in an quiet residential area of Ayia Napa, but only minutes away from the very heart of the resort so it is ideal for families and those who do not wish to hire a car. Its 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Selection of restaurant, bars and coffee shops for a few cocktails and entertainment on Nissi Avenus are few minutes walk as well. If you fancy a more adventurous night, there are plenty of night clubs in 5 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is about 25 minutes drive.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
