Overview
The apartment is equipped with expensive furniture and appliances (youngsters and youth groups are not allowed). Beyond the large balcony apartment has and a private garden finished in nice stone (Cypriot style). There is a security control entering the main building with intercom (camera control on the gate). Also the development is gated. Even though in the centre of Agia Napa and parking is not an aption our development has spacious parking allocation. Large communal swimming pool (6m x 12m) to be shared for 10 apartments only. Full Breakfast is available at Napa Star Bar for 5 Euros per person. This bar also serves lunch and dinner. Athanasios Apartment is a Brand new 5* Holiday Apartment. This 2 bed spacious apartment equipped to highest standard specifications.

Apartment is located around the centre of all amenities, within 200 meters you can find a selection of more than 200 restaurants and cafe bars and shops (i.e a minute away is McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger Kings - certainly could be not more centrally. Also have 2 restaurants, supermarket, 24h convenience shop). Within walking distance are many places of interest such as the monastery, Fun parks, Thalassa museum, and fishing harbour. In addition the square of Ayia Napa is just 5 min on foot where all festivals, cultural events and concerts are held during summer.
