Overview
Accommodation & Facilities: This new villa is situated in a quiet residential area, close to Nissi Beach. An open plan lounge features comfortable sofa and sofa-bed, TV and DVD player. On the ground floor there is also a dining area with seating for six and a smart and modern kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Each of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. Two bedrooms have double beds, another one has two twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Baby cot is also available. There is a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the first floor and guest toilet on the ground floor. Outside there is parking, private swimming pool, shower and terrace.

Location: The villa is located in Ayia Napa 100 meters from the sandy beach. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements, but there are also many smaller local supermarkets, banks (with ATM's) & other shops on Nissi Avenue. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is 5 min drive. It takes just 3 or 4 min drive to get to the beautiful harbor (great for boat & fishing trips) & town with its Monastery square, fine Greek Tavernas & many other multi national restaurants.
