Overview
Private home in a quiet RESIDENTIAL area having an established garden & perimeter lighting. A fully maintained & illuminated 8 x 4 metre pool at the rear, where there is also a pool shower, barbecue, garden table with 6 chairs, parasol(s) & sun chairs & large patio area. The house is fully furnished, having 2 large comfortable leather settees in the lounge, which easily seat 6, bookshelves, TV, video/DVD players. Off the lounge is a large front terrace overlooking a lawned front garden. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops & ALL the usual white goods. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes. The 2 rear bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking forestry land & fields. The front bedroom (with ensuite) also has a large balcony with views of the sea. The bathrooms both have showers, vanity units & WC's fitted & 1 also has a Jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, as has the lounge & (separate) dining room area. There is another WC on the ground floor.
A brand new 3 bedroom detached Villa that enjoys lovely views of the coastline. The property will sleep 8 people it has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, two bedrooms lead to a balcony. There is a leather sofa bed downstairs, all bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, and there is a full family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a spacious dining area that will seat 8 people leading onto a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens on to the patio overlooking the pool, there is also a downstairs bathroom with shower. The Villa is equipped with full air-conditioning (inc in price) BBQ, 6 sun loungers, TV, Video, DVD and selection of titles (Kids & Adults). A welcome pack will help you to have a great time.

The villA is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa only 35/40 min away from Larnaca Airport & just over a mile away from the nearest motorway exit. It is NOT on a complex, but in a very nice, quiet, residential area just 2 or 3 min drive from the fabulous & safe golden sands of the Nissi, Adams, Makronisos, & Landa Beaches, unquestionably the finest on the island. In the opposite direction, 3 or 4 min drive will take you to the beautiful harbour (great for boat & fishing trips) & town with its Monastery square, fine Greek Tavernas & many other multi national restaurants. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is again, only a 3 min drive, the magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 5 or 6 mins. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements, but there are also many smaller local supermarkets, banks (with ATM's) & other shops where English is widely spoken, very close to hand.
