Overview
To begin with the apartment is central to Ayia Napa, so there is no need to hire a car. The apartment is about a 10minute walk from the beach and is situated close to Nissi beach and the main Ayia Napa square.The complex is brand new and has a communal adult and baby pool for your use. The apartment is great for friends and / or families alike.
Within our great prices includes a 24hour meet and greet in the local area, a free welcome hamper upon your arrival and a portfolio full of area information to get you started. There is also someone on call at all times should you need any assistance.
The apartment is brand new and has been furnished to a high standard, with leather sofas and a coffee table in the living room, television and local satellite system, dvd player and the living room opens on to a lovely size balcony.
The kitchen has all the appliances you will need, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The table and chairs will seat 4people.
In the bedrooms there are two single beds and one double bed. Both rooms have air conditioning and heating units, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a supply of linen and towels in the wardrobe for your use.
