Overview
The spacious pool area, boasts its own private swimming pools, wooden patio & pool furniture, allowing all a feeling of real contentment.
One can enjoy the enviable views over the surrounding countryside with trees and sea to the front or just, gaze at the sunset while dining in for their barbecue & enjoying a cool glass of wine.
The villa has particularly large living with 2 sofa-beds & TV & dining area with views to the pool & patio area

Leading off from the living area you will find the double bedroom and main bathroom, offering brilliant views of the pool area

Location & area
Argaka village is approximately 7km along the coastline to the North from Polis. It is a rural, agricultural village with a population of approximately 1,000.
There are coffee shops and tavernas serving locally grown food and just along the coast a few minutes drive there are more establishments catering for the hungry visitor and locals alike. There are groceries / mini markets and a small Co-Op store. There are two churches, Ayia Varvara being the oldest.
This part of the island is very fertile with an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.
With the Paphos forest to the rear, you may get a chance to see the endangered Moufflon at Stavros tis Psokas or hike down the nature trails yet at the same time have the sea only a short drive away.
