The ideal combination for you to relax..
Anita Villa is a piece of paradise that is situated on the sea protection line, where the beautiful landscape of Argaka meets the sudden backdrop of the blue Mediterranean.
Accommodation: Large open plan living room/kitchen with dining area. Utility room with WC. Three bedrooms (one double bed, one king size bed and two single beds) two full showers rooms and one full bathroom.
Facilities: TV (local channels only), DVD player ,air-conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, cooker, 8m x 4m swimming pool, outside shower, Barbecue, parking space, terrace, private drive, garden with tropical plants and fruit trees, sun beds, umbrellas, Garden furniture. Free Use of our Beach side sun beds and umbrellas!!

ARGAKA VILLAGE: If you’re looking for a real away-from-it-all holiday our villa here is a touch of rural heaven. Its based at the little farming village of Argaka which has a church and a few local taverns. Latchi and the pretty little market town of Polis are easy to reach if you need to see people and shops! And the small harbor at nearby Latchi has some lovely taverns scattered along the coastline – an idyllic setting to enjoy the famous Cypriot hospitality and the sunset!

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
