Overview

Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with outside balconies, forest and sea views, and one with mountain views. Master bedroom has ensuite shower room, the other 2 utilize the huge family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with real fireplace, LCD flat screen TV, CD player, washing machine, microwave and fridge. Large family pool and nice garden.
Local facilities include lots of superb bars and restaurants, there are many English speaking Bars and restaurants within plus 3 large Supermarkets within a 5 minute car drive.
Only 5 minutes walk from the villa there is a beach, one of the best on the island, a lovely sandy bay surrounded by palm trees, with easy access to beach bars and restaurant. For scuba diving you have the Santori diving club near the villa, with the sea water temperature being one of the warmest in the world.
Kyrenia has lots of small boutiques selling gifts, jewellery, clothing and much more. The Capital Nicosia is only 20 minutes away by car.
